What is Winner Winner WAGO Spinner?
The Winner Winner WAGO Spinner is a game where you can spin our online fruit machine to be in with the chance of winning one of 15,109 prizes.

Who can play?
Winner Winner WAGO Spinner is open to Professional Electrician customers who purchase qualifying 221 or 2773 series products.
All entries must be received by Midnight on the 30th of November 2023. Entries will not be accepted after this date.
Do I need to be a certain age?
Yes, you must be at least a UK customer, 18+ and a Professional Electrician to play Winner Winner WAGO Spinner.
How does it all work?
Once you have made a qualifying purchase of 221 or 2773 series products you can spin to be in the chance of winning. To enter, simply enter the required details on our form (you will need a unique code that can be found on the packaging of 221 or 2773 series products, then click to spin the fruit machine. The fruit machine will land on one of the prizes or a ‘no-win’, which will indicate if you have won and what prize. You will then be sent a prize email with instructions on how to claim or use your prize. If the spinner lands on ‘No Win’, then unfortunately you will not win a prize.
How long is the Spin and Win game running?
Winner Winner WAGO Spinner is available when you purchase an eligible product that contains a unique code. You can claim between the 1st of June 2023 and 30th of November 2023. You have until Midnight on the 30th of November 2023 to spin to be in with a chance of winning a prize. Unfortunately, will not be able to accept any entries after this date.

Can I spin multiple times?
You will be allowed one spin per qualifying purchase. You can qualify for more spins if you purchase more qualifying 221 or 2773 series products.
Please note you can only enter once per unique code.
If I win, when will I receive my prize?
I’ve won an online prize/eCode:
Your prize will be revealed on screen instantly. If you don’t wish to redeem you prize at this stage, don’t worry, we’ll also send you an email to click back to your prize once you’re ready.
I’ve won an offline prize that requires my address details:
We need to know where you’d like your prize sending to, so once you’ve won, you’ll shortly receive an email with a link to provide your postal details. Once you’ve entered your details, your prize will be sent within 14 working days.

What if the prize I win isn’t suitable for me?
If your prize isn’t suitable for you, we’re happy for you to gift this to a friend or family member. Unfortunately, we are unable offer alternative prizes.
I didn’t receive the prize email, what do I do?
Please allow up to 72 hours to receive your prize email. If 72 hours has passed, please ensure you have checked your junk and spam inboxes as this may have gone in there.
If you are still unable to locate your prize email, then please contact us and provide detailed information to your enquiry. This will help our team resolve your query quickly and more efficiently.
I have an email saying my spin has been rejected, why?
If you enter the form more than three times, we’ll need to validate your latest entry to ensure that all purchases are valid. Validation can take up to 72 hours. If you haven’t made a valid purchase, your entry will be rejected and your prize will be added back into the prize pot, you’ll also be disqualified from entering again.
When do I have to use my prizes by?
You have 30 days to claim your prize, if you win a eGift or Experiential prize you must reveal the code within 30 days of your prize being issued. But don't worry you will have plenty of time to use your prize, each prize has its own terms and dates to use by and these will be provided when your prize is delivered to you.
